All standard size steel tip dartboards with a traditional white metal number ring are supported by Scolia, such as the Winmau Blade 6 and Mission Samurai Infinity dartboards.

The Scolia Pro is the ideal choice for professional/aspiring players and pubs, bars and darts clubs. A solid wall with a flat surface around the steel tip dartboard of 140cm width and 110cm height is required for this system, as well as power and cable internet access nearby to connect Scolia to the network.

The Scolia Home 2 offers millimeter precision through its auto scoring system, with an accuracy of roughly 99.5%. A solid wall with a flat surface around the steel tip dartboard of 85cm width by 75cm height is required and, whilst not necessary, wired internet access is recommended for the best performance.

No Hidden Fees

Is Scolia a monthly subscription? The Scolia Pro and Scolia Home 2 systems require no subscription plan and complete access to the Scolia app. A monthly subscription can be required when purchasing the Scolia Home 2 FLEX system.

The Scolia Home 2 Flex is a more affordable option for a lower upfront price, but requires a Scolia FLEX subscription to have unlimited access to the Scolia app. For a small monthly fee, players can enjoy unlimited and uninterrupted access.

This subscription-based service can also be paused and renewed at any time. Without a subscription, players using a Scolia FLEX dartboard setup will have access to all of the Scolia functionalities for up to 1,000 darts per month.

DELIVERY SUMMARY

The majority of orders leave us within 24 hours.

Items purchased over a weekend, UK bank holiday, or Friday after 3pm, will leave on the following business day.

Personalized items take an additional 2-6 days to complete.

SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY TIMES

All shipping charges for orders in the US will now include duties and so, no further payment should be due for you to receive your order. Orders will be shipped with FedEx Economy (a 3–6 business day tracked service).

For orders in Canada, no duties are charged and so these will need to be paid to receive your goods. Orders will be shipped with FedEx Economy (a 3–6 business day tracked service).

Please note, for orders being delivered outside of mainland US, orders take approx. 31 working days to arrive.

All customers will receive a tracking number for orders once dispatched.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

We do our utmost to complete all orders fully and may from time to time substitute an out of stock product with a similar item or duplicate items already purchased to avoid any delays in shipping. If the darts you have ordered are out of stock - we will notify you and give you an estimated time of when they are due in.

PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Orders that include personalized items will not be dispatched until the personalized items are finished, unless by prior arrangement. Personalized items can take an additional 2-6 days to complete, and occasionally slightly longer during the busy season (Oct-Feb).

PERSONALIZED ITEMS RETURNS POLICY

Any personalized item(s) (flights, shafts, surrounds, clothing etc) cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

RETURNS POLICY

Any items which are returned for refund or exchange must be received back at our mail order department within 30 days of dispatch, in a new and unused condition and with original packing intact, along with any receipts.

We strongly recommend you use a recorded/insured shipping service as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Please note that if you require goods to be sent out in exchange, we do make a further carriage charge, which will be communicated to you on exchange prior to being dispatched.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS

We make every effort to ensure you receive your fabulous darts products in a pristine condition. However, on occasion some items do get damaged in transit or have a manufacturing defect.

If this happens to you, please get in touch with us and we will either refund you or replace your products free of charge. We may ask you to send photographic evidence to support any claims we may have against product manufacturers or service providers.

Any refund will be made in the tender type originally transacted.
