All shipping charges for orders in the US will now include duties and so, no further payment should be due for you to receive your order. Orders will be shipped with FedEx Economy (a 3–6 business day tracked service).

For orders in Canada, no duties are charged and so these will need to be paid to receive your goods. Orders will be shipped with FedEx Economy (a 3–6 business day tracked service).

Please note, for orders being delivered outside of mainland US, orders take approx. 31 working days to arrive.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

We do our utmost to complete all orders fully and may from time to time substitute an out of stock product with a similar item or duplicate items already purchased to avoid any delays in shipping. If the darts you have ordered are out of stock - we will notify you and give you an estimated time of when they are due in.

Orders that include personalized items will not be dispatched until the personalized items are finished, unless by prior arrangement. Personalized items can take an additional 2-6 days to complete, and occasionally slightly longer during the busy season (Oct-Feb).

PERSONALIZED ITEMS RETURNS POLICY

Any personalized item(s) (flights, shafts, surrounds, clothing etc) cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

RETURNS POLICY

Any items which are returned for refund or exchange must be received back at our mail order department within 30 days of dispatch, in a new and unused condition and with original packing intact, along with any receipts.

We strongly recommend you use a recorded/insured shipping service as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Please note that if you require goods to be sent out in exchange, we do make a further carriage charge, which will be communicated to you on exchange prior to being dispatched.

These are a good all

"These are a good all in one system and some nice colours too. However I do find that because they are quite rigid on the fins the deflections are severe. I have tried other brands too and the deflections are equally as bad so its not the brand that's at fault its just the material is too hard. I dont think the all in one's are for me so I will go back to my Cosmo set up as the Cosmo Air system is far more forgiving. So if the all in one's are your thing definitely give these a look as they are good quality and last well."
