Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY SUMMARY

The majority of orders leave us within 24 hours.

Items purchased over a weekend, UK bank holiday, or Friday after 3pm, will leave on the following business day.

Personalized items take an additional 2-6 days to complete.

 

SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY TIMES

All shipping charges for orders in the US will now include duties and so, no further payment should be due for you to receive your order. Orders will be shipped with FedEx Economy (a 3–6 business day tracked service).

For orders in Canada, no duties are charged and so these will need to be paid to receive your goods. Orders will be shipped with FedEx Economy (a 3–6 business day tracked service).

Please note, for orders being delivered outside of mainland US, orders take approx. 31 working days to arrive.

All customers will receive a tracking number for orders once dispatched.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

We do our utmost to complete all orders fully and may from time to time substitute an out of stock product with a similar item or duplicate items already purchased to avoid any delays in shipping. If the darts you have ordered are out of stock - we will notify you and give you an estimated time of when they are due in.

PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Orders that include personalized items will not be dispatched until the personalized items are finished, unless by prior arrangement. Personalized items can take an additional 2-6 days to complete, and occasionally slightly longer during the busy season (Oct-Feb).

PERSONALIZED ITEMS RETURNS POLICY

Any personalized item(s) (flights, shafts, surrounds, clothing etc) cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

RETURNS POLICY

Any items which are returned for refund or exchange must be received back at our mail order department within 30 days of dispatch, in a new and unused condition and with original packing intact, along with any receipts.

We strongly recommend you use a recorded/insured shipping service as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Please note that if you require goods to be sent out in exchange, we do make a further carriage charge, which will be communicated to you on exchange prior to being dispatched.

Any refund will be made in the tender type originally transacted.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS

We make every effort to ensure you receive your fabulous darts products in a pristine condition. However, on occasion some items do get damaged in transit or have a manufacturing defect.

If this happens to you, please get in touch with us and we will either refund you or replace your products free of charge. We may ask you to send photographic evidence to support any claims we may have against product manufacturers or service providers.

They are nice darts, great

"They are nice darts, great shape and balance but sadly the quality control regarding the threading is very poor. The points are loose and keep coming undone so I had to use glue to stop them falling out and one of the threads that take the stem is bad and cross-threads the shaft of the flight. I am giving it 4 stars instead of 3 because apart from these faults they are nicely designed and I enjoy using them."

"Quality made, very much full grip all over, weighted to the back and thin at the front, which makes you concentrate more on your throw, does take some time to get use to, very well presented in the box, randomly comes with single amount of other size flights with a full set of the main size fights, can tell the quality difference for the money you pay, I waited for discount code and got them with a further discount code, as I’m a beginner I was not going to pay full price at this stage, a friend had a set so I practiced with them first and did like them."
